How long does shipping take?
We take on average 1-3 working days to prepare the watch before shipping. Our watches are assembled upon order and tested before shipping out. On average our shipping takes about 10-14days. Do expect slightly longer delays during festive periods.
My watch arrived damaged/defective
All our watches are tested and packaged properly before shipping. However unforeseen circumstances may occur, and as with any mechanical item, parts may fail.
As such, do take a video of the watch( for our record purposes) and email us at inquiry@marinatimewatch.com.
We will send you a return label and will ship out your replacement watch as soon as possible.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email from us once you have placed your order. Do check your spam inbox for our email. If you still do not receive any email confirmation from us, do drop us an email at inquiry@marinatimewatch.com
How do I check the status of my order?
You will always receive an email with tracking details on your item within 1-3days upon order. Always check your spam inbox if you do not receive an email.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please immediately drop us an email at inquiry@marinatimewatch.com and let us know your order number.
Unfortunately If your order has already been sent to our factory to be processed, we will not be able to cancel it.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately we do not allow returns on orders. All sales are final.
All information regarding our watches are indicated clearly in the descriptions including the size of the watch.

Do you allow exchanges?
We do not allow exchanges unless due to us sending the wrong item. In which case, we will send you a return label FOC and will send you your replacement item.

Why did I receive 2 tracking numbers
In rare occasions you may receive 2 tracking numbers. We have warehouses in different places. As such we may at times ship out different items from different warehouses( eg. Watch strap, and watch) thus you may receive 2 tracking numbers.
